What is your return policy?

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, based on the tracking status marked as delivered.
Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and include all original tags and packaging.

For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and certain accessories (such as earrings) are not eligible for return.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping costs.
