How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping within the U.S. typically takes 5–10 business days after processing. For more details, please visit our Shipping and Handling page.
Do you ship outside the USA?
Currently, we only ship within the USA.
What is your return policy?
Customers must submit a return request within 7 days of delivery (based on tracking status “delivered”). The item must then be shipped back within 7 days of submitting the return request.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging.
For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and certain accessories (such as earrings) are not eligible for return.
If the item is defective or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost. If the return is due to size, fit, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
