Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please review our return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, based on the carrier’s tracking status marked as delivered.

Once your return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days.

2. Item Condition

Returned items must be:

unworn, unwashed, and unused

free of damage, stains, or odors

returned with all original tags and packaging

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

underwear

swimwear

earrings and certain accessories

3. Return Process

Contact us by email with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Once the item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Return Shipping Costs

✅ If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

❌ If the return is due to size, fit, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you would like a different size or color, please place a new order.

7. International Orders

For international orders, customers are responsible for:
